KENDRA
Certified Orthodontic Assistant
Kendra was born and raised on the Island. After graduating in 2015 from Camosun College’s CDA program, she then received her orthodontic module in 2017. It is her pleasure to meet each and every one of our patients and she loves working with both children and adults.
During her weekends, she enjoys family trips to the lake and parks around the island.

Taneth
Certified Orthodontic Assistant
Taneth was born and raised on the Sunshine Coast and has been a CDA in general dentistry for 10 years. Taneth has recently relocated to Vancouver Island where she pursued her certification as an orthodontic CDA in 2024.
In her spare time she enjoys walking her dog Levi and indulging in a wide variety of fitness activities. She looks forward to working with you to achieve a beautiful functional smile.
Sybil
Certified Orthodontic Assistant
When she’s not working, you can find Sybil staying active & soaking up the nature with family & friends.
Amy
Clinic Manager
Born and raised on Vancouver Island, Amy trained as a Certified Dental Assistant in Victoria, and then a Certified Dental Technician in Los Angeles. She then continued working in dental in Sweden. In 2018, she returned to her hometown to live with family.
Amy loves gardening, her dog Pedro, and her cat Reggie.
Daisy
Daisy has a passion for working with patients and guiding them through the process of braces and Invisalign. In her free time, she loves running, listening to music, and spending time with her family and friends.
Ronda
Treatment Coordinator
Ronda has called Vancouver Island home since 1990, originally from Alberta. Ronda graduated from the CDA program at SAIT and completed her orthodontic module at UBC and has been with Paradigm Orthodontics since 2020. She loves being part of the smile journeys and meeting so many fascinating people!
Ronda’s proudest accomplishments are her children.
Karma
Front End Office Manager
Karma has called Vancouver Island home her entire life and has lived in the West Shore for over 15 years. She’s the friendly face you’ll see when you walk through the door. With over 20 years of experience in office administration, she’s built a career out of keeping things organized and making people feel welcome.
Although new to the world of orthodontics, Karma has embraced the learning curve and especially enjoys getting to know the patients. Nothing beats seeing those big, confident smiles on braces-off day!
Outside of work, Karma enjoys yoga, pilates, walking with friends, and spending time with her daughter and their two very spoiled cats.
